  Are you ready for an all-out fun, empowering and addictive workout?

Generally speaking, a class begins with a 5-minute warm-up and stretching. Next we do 10-15 minutes of strength, agility, stamina, or speed drills. The remainder of the class includes several rounds of kickboxing combinations on the heavy bag, which most people find to be the best part of the workout! Add some great music, lots of laughter, and we have our formula for an awesome class. Classes end with a cool down to help your muscles relax and prevent injury. We guarantee any stress you walked in with will be replaced by a sweaty and happier you!

Most instructors hold a Second Degree Black-belt in Mixed Martial Arts with a focus on Muay Thai Kickboxing, and continue to pursue a dedication in the Martial Arts and to fitness. This ensures that your instructor has the technical and physical abilities to help you succeed, and that no two workouts will ever be the same.
